The assaults on abortion accessibility and reproductive healthcare throughout the nation are attacks on our fundamental freedom as Americans to make our own healthcare decisions. These actions have profound and harmful consequences for women, families, and healthcare providers.

As a young woman, Cheyenne knows personally how terrifying it is that her generation has fewer rights than their mothers did. If elected to Congress, Cheyenne will be a staunch advocate, challenging Republican anti-choice extremists like her opponent and championing the right to decide when, where, and how to start a family.
 
Millions of women are facing the consequences of a radical and unprecedented decision by six Supreme Court Justices. We need new leaders and fresh perspectives in Congress with experience working to pass life-saving legislation.

Cheyenne supports and will work to pass the Women's Health Protection Act (WHPA). The WHPA is federal legislation that creates new legal protection for the right to provide and access abortion care, free from medically unnecessary restrictions and bans on abortion. Cheyenne has the federal policy experience and insight necessary to pass the legislation we need to rebuild the rights stolen from our future. Additionally, the surge in demand by out-of-state patients in states with legal abortion access is causing shortages and interruptions of care that require immediate attention and increased federal funding. Furthermore, she will work to remove both the Hyde Amendment language from federal programs.
